Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Keboost (“we”, “us”) collects when you use keboost.com and our services, why we collect it, and the rights you have. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible for your data
Keboost is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at any time through our contact page.
2. What data we collect
- Free AI visibility check: the website address you enter, and the analysis results we generate for it.
- Contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message.
- Customers: your name, email address, company details, the website and questions you ask us to track, and billing information. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: like any website, our server records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, for security and to keep the site running.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To run the free check and show you your report (your request, and our legitimate interest in providing the service).
- To answer your messages (your request).
- To provide the paid services, bill you and support you (performance of a contract).
- To keep the website secure and working (legitimate interest).
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping invoices (legal obligation).
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We only share data with service providers that help us run Keboost, and only as far as needed:
- Web hosting provider, which stores the website and its data.
- AI providers (for example Google Gemini), which process the website address and public website content you submit so we can generate your analysis.
- Stripe, which processes payments.
- Google Fonts, which delivers the fonts used on this website.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Cookies
keboost.com only uses cookies that are needed for the website to work, for example to keep a session open or remember a form step. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or other optional cookies in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
6. How long we keep data
- Free check data: up to 12 months, unless you become a customer.
- Contact messages: up to 3 years after our last exchange.
- Customer data: for as long as you use our services, then as long as the law requires (for example, invoices are kept for the legal accounting period).
- Server logs: a short period, usually a few weeks.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw any consent you gave. To use these rights, contact us through our contact page. We will reply within one month.
You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. In France, this is the CNIL (cnil.fr).
8. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and trusted providers to protect your data. No online service can be completely secure, but we work to keep risks low and to act quickly if a problem happens.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
