To improve your chances across all major AI assistants, focus first on what they share: clear, crawlable content, consistent business facts and genuine mentions on trusted sites. Then add a few platform-specific steps, such as Bing Webmaster Tools for Copilot and Google Business Profile for Gemini. No single action, and no provider, can guarantee a mention on every platform.

Every major assistant uses some mix of training data and, when browsing, live web results. That means the same foundation helps everywhere:

Copilot uses Bing. Submit your sitemap in Bing Webmaster Tools, claim your Bing Places listing for local businesses, and check that Bing indexes your key pages.

Expect different results per platform
